20 years of our Product Development and Improvement policy

At Proludic we continually strive to improve our products.  We carry out regular internal tests on elements of our play equipment to ensure that durability and quality are of the highest standards.

Example: The pod of the J440 swing

During development, the rotomoulded plastic element (pod) of the J440 swing was subjected to a stringent fatigue test by placing loads in its centre.
This test simulated the various pressures and weight of users as they play on the equipment, standing up or sitting down.

The initial test highlighted a potential weak point that could have appeared after intensive use.

To combat the potential problem, the element underwent a design review.  Proludic’s engineers redesigned the element, providing a suitable technical response.
The pressure tests were applied to the revised pod element and the results reflected a considerable improvement in both the part’s quality and resistance to fatigue.

At Proludic we take care to ensure the quality of our products, providing our customers with optimum levels of reliability and durability.
