The Vertical World:
Climbing with a difference
The Vertical World is designed along the same lines as ‘Parkour’, which involves using obstacles from the urban environment to climb, jump and perform a full range of acrobatics.
By combining climbing surfaces set in different directions (horizontal, vertical or sloping), the Vertical World provides both technical and fun challenges.
There are wide openings to enable climbers to use their agility and strength to traverse from one side to the other and then to crossover to complete the other side.
Other linking elements such as nets, climbing poles or catwalks can be used to lengthen the trail, affect changes in level and increase the obstacles to be crossed, enhancing and tailoring the play equipment.
The Vertical World features decorative panels that correspond to the chosen theme: Metropolis, Medieval or Amazon.
